Where is Street Solutions based?
Melbourne, Australia. We work with local health and service businesses across Australia, both metro and regional.
Who do you typically work with?
Dental clinics, audiology, GP and allied health, veterinary, community pharmacy, and other local service businesses that rely on being found and chosen online.
Do you really build a free prototype?
Yes. We build a working prototype of your website before any invoice is sent. If you do not love it, you walk away owing nothing.
How fast can you start?
Discovery calls usually inside the same week. Prototypes within 3 to 5 working days. Full project kick-offs within two weeks of brief sign-off.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Websites land between AUD 4,000 and 12,000. Monthly retainers (SEO, ads, content, AI) typically start at AUD 1,800 per month. Everything is a fixed scope, fixed fee quote, no surprise invoices.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Project work is project work. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Do you handle hosting and domain?
We can. We host on Cloudflare and Lovable Cloud (Supabase), and we can manage your domain registrar if you prefer. You always own everything.
Is my data and my customers' data safe?
Yes. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, use providers with EU or Australian data residency where possible, and never train public AI models on your data.
Can you work with my existing agency or in-house team?
Yes. We often plug into a wider team as the technical or AI specialist, or handle a single channel while another agency runs brand or PR.
How do I get started?

How long does a new website take to build?
Most sites go from brief to live in about three weeks. We start with a free working prototype so you can see and click through your site before any invoice is sent.
Do you use templates or page builders like Wix or Squarespace?
No. We custom build every site in modern code (React with Tailwind on TanStack Start). It is faster, ranks better, and is not locked to one platform.
Will the site work well on mobile and load quickly?
Yes. Every site is mobile first and tuned for Google Core Web Vitals (Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint, Cumulative Layout Shift). Most pages load in under two seconds on a 4G connection.
Do you include SEO and analytics setup?
Yes. Every site ships with on-page SEO, schema, a sitemap, robots file, Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking, plus Google Business Profile integration.
What does it cost?
Most local business sites land between AUD 4,000 and 12,000 depending on page count and integrations. We give a fixed quote after the prototype, so there are no surprises.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. You own the code, the domain, the hosting account, and every analytics property. We do not lock you in.

SEO / GEO / AEO
What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?
SEO is classic Google Search ranking. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is being cited inside Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers. AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) overlaps and focuses on being the source an AI quotes. We work on all three.
How long until I see results?
Local Maps results often shift inside 4 to 8 weeks with focused Google Business Profile work. Organic search and AI visibility usually take 3 to 6 months of consistent content and technical improvements.
Will my business show up in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
It can. The recipe is clear authoritative content, schema markup, citations from trusted directories, and a clean information architecture. We optimise all four.
Do you guarantee a number one ranking?
No agency that respects you will. Search results are personalised and change daily. We commit to visibility, leads and traffic growth, not to a single keyword position.
Do I need to be on Google Business Profile?
If you serve customers locally, yes. It is the single highest leverage channel for most service businesses. We set it up, optimise it, and manage posts and reviews if you want us to.

Which ad platforms do you run?
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Bing and LinkedIn. We pick the mix based on where your customers actually are, not on what we want to sell.
How much should I budget?
For most local service businesses we recommend starting at AUD 1,500 to 3,000 per month in media spend plus management. Below that, learning algorithms struggle to optimise.
How do you track whether ads are working?
We set up GA4, Google Tag Manager and platform conversion APIs first. You see leads, calls, bookings and revenue against each campaign in a monthly plain-English report.
Are we locked into a long contract?
No. We work month to month. If we are not earning our keep, you can leave with 30 days notice.
Can you also create the ad creative?
Yes. Ad copy, static creative and short-form video are part of the service. We can also brief your in-house team if you prefer.

Which email platform do you use?
ActiveCampaign is our default platform. If you already use Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, MailerLite or another tool, we can work in that too.
What kind of emails work best for local businesses?
Onboarding sequences for new patients or customers, appointment recalls and reactivation flows, a monthly newsletter, and seasonal campaigns. These four usually return many times the cost.
Will this comply with the Spam Act 2003 and Privacy Act?
Yes. Every sequence includes proper consent capture, an unsubscribe link, sender identification and a privacy reference. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.
How often will you send emails to my list?
Once a fortnight to once a month for a newsletter, plus automated emails triggered by behaviour. Frequency depends on your audience, not a fixed rule.

What kinds of AI projects do you actually deliver?
On the customer side: AI assistants on your site, bespoke screening tools, smart booking flows and review-reply generators. Behind the scenes: ambient AI scribes, intake summarisers, recall automations, after-hours call summarisation and claim follow-ups.
Is patient or client data safe?
Yes. We design for data minimisation, use providers with Australian data residency where possible, and never train public models on your data. Every project ships with a privacy impact summary.
Do I need to replace my practice management software?
Almost never. Most of our work plugs into the system you already use (Best Practice, Genie, Cliniko, Halaxy, ezyVet, Vetlink, Minfos and so on).
What does an AI project cost?
Discovery is a fixed AUD 1,200. Build projects typically range from AUD 4,000 for a focused tool to AUD 25,000 for a multi-system workflow. We always start small and prove value first.

Content Creation
Do you write content yourselves or use AI?
Both, on purpose. We use an AI-assisted pipeline for first drafts at scale, then a human editor for accuracy, tone and brand voice. You get the speed of AI with the polish of a real writer.
Will this content rank in Google and be cited by AI?
Yes, that is the goal. Every article is briefed for a real search intent, includes FAQ schema, and is structured so AI assistants can lift clean answers from it.
Can you handle photography and video too?
Yes. Brand photography, short-form vertical video for TikTok and Reels, and longer YouTube pieces. Melbourne shoots in person, regional clients via remote-directed shoots.
Can I see the content before it goes live?
Always. Nothing publishes without your approval. We can also publish directly to your CMS or hand over ready-to-paste drafts.
