About these terms

These terms govern your use of streetsolutions.com.au (the site), including the interactive demos, and any services we provide to you. By using the site you agree to these terms. If we provide services to you under a separate written agreement, that agreement prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.

Use of the site

• You may use the site for lawful purposes only.
• You must not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to transmit malware or spam.
• You must not scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for other users.
• We may suspend or withdraw access at any time without notice.

Interactive demos

The demos on this site (clinic triage, vet triage, online hearing screen, intake summariser, review reply, blog builder, social pack, hero image studio, video storyboard and visibility snapshot) are provided for evaluation only.

• The demos are not medical, veterinary, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• Output is generated by third-party AI providers and may contain errors. Always verify before acting on it.
• Do not submit identifying patient information, client records, payment card details or anything confidential.
• We may rate-limit or disable demos at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, code, logos and the underlying design system) is owned by Street Solutions or used under licence. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission. Output you generate using the demos (for example a blog outline or a hero image) is yours to use, subject to the AI provider's commercial-use terms.

Engaging us for services

When you engage Street Solutions for services we will issue a written proposal or statement of work covering scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. The proposal, once accepted (by signed quote, email confirmation or first invoice payment), becomes the contract between us, together with these terms.

• Prototypes shown before contract sign-off are free and create no obligation on either side.
• Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice to cancel.
• Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate information, timely approvals and the access we need to do the work.
• Ensure any content or data you provide does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law (including the Privacy Act 1988, the Spam Act 2003 and AHPRA advertising guidelines where they apply).
• Maintain your own backups of any data and content you provide to us.

Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties (express or implied) including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. The site and demos are provided as is.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you (whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) is capped at the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or AUD 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Collection Notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always at this URL. Material changes that affect existing engagements will be notified to clients by email.
