Medi-Pak can be used as a hot pack for the relief of backache, tense muscles and arthritic conditions and period pain. Cold Therapy: Store Medi-pak in the freezer. Insert into cover. Place on the affected area. Heat Therapy: Place Medi-pak flat in the microwave, set power on the lowest setting. Heat for 2 minutes or place Medi-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.
