Gastro-Stop Plus is a dual acting formulation that stops diarrhoea fast PLUS relieves the pain and discomfort caused by wind. Gastro-Stop works by slowing down the movement of intestines, allowing more time for fluids and electrolytes to be reabsorbed by the gut. Gastro-Stop Plus also contains simithicone, which effectively treats the pain and discomfort caused by wind, gas cramps and bloating.
