Garnier Vitamin C Cleansing Balm is a 3-in-1 solid cleansing balm that erases all types of longwear makeup, cleanses and brightens skin with Vitamin C. The solid balm melts into a milky lather when activated with water to effectively remove eye, lip, face and sunscreen residue. Formulated with Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Palmitate) and Jojoba Seed Oil to leave skin hydrated for 24 hours with a non-greasy, brightened finish.
