Canesten Extra Clotrimazole and Hydrocortisone Cream 30g

Canesten Extra Clotrimazole and Hydrocortisone Cream is a broad spectrum anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory cream. It contains two active ingredients: clotrimazole and hydrocortisone. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which treats the root cause of fungal skin infections. Hydrocortisone is a mild topical steroid which reduces the swelling, redness and itching associated with inflammation of the skin. Canesten Extra is recommended for the treatment and relief of symptoms of fungal nappy rash, inflamed athlete's foot, jock itch and fungal skin rash. This cream should be used twice daily for no more than 7 days. Then continue treatment for 2 weeks with an anti-fungal only cream such as Canesten Clotrimazole Anti-fungal Cream to help avoid recurrence.
