It is also enriched with calcium and vitamin D for strong teeth and bones, and has an energy level (271kJ/100mL) comparable to regular cow's milk (avg. 277kJ/100mL) and does not contain sucrose, commonly known as table sugar. These assist when dietary intakes of energy and nutrients may be inadequate. One 220mL serve contains many essential nutrients to help support: Toddlers' Growth & Development With iron and iodine to help support toddlers' growth and development, plus calcium & vitamin D to help support bone structure.
